As a TECHIES customer, you will have a primary technician who gets to know your computers and the people who work at your company. It’s nice to see the same face. That technician will not just help you with problems but be there to help recommend solutions, research products and help deal with your other technology vendors so you can focus on your business.

Sometimes, you will have work that needs to be done where another technician comes to your office. Maybe it’s an emergency. Maybe it’s just a scheduling conflict. They happen. All of our technicians are experienced and trained. (We’ve got a great team here. You’ll see.) We always keep track of the work that we do so any of our technicians can look up previous work that was done and your problems taken care of quickly.
